- Unsweetened cocoa powder

First, bring the sugar-free chocolate chips in a saucepan with unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, and erythritol.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or 1/2 cup heavy cream + 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk for a rich hot chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1-2 tablespoons Granulated Sweetener adjust to taste
- 1 ½ tablespoons Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (20g, 0.7oz) or 90% chocolate
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon optional
Serving suggestions
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa Nibs or sugar-free shaved chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Whipped Coconut Cream or heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, under medium heat, simmer unsweetened almond milk (or use 50% heavy cream, and 50% almond milk for an ultra-creamy hot chocolate). Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles form on the side of the saucepan.

It was delicious and comforting!1tbs of Truvia was way too sweet for me. 1/2 tbs was plenty.
I used a 3/4 cup macadamia nut milk with 3/4 cup heavy cream instead of almond milk. I also sweetened it with Swerve granules. It was delicious!
The weather was windy and called for something sweet and warm…this hit the spot! I’m new to keto and when I find easy, delicious recipes that satisfy a craving and are low in carbs, I enjoy them with a huge smile on my face. Do you think this would work in a Cocomotion machine. In that I just add milk or water and the powder and turn it on. it mixes and heats at the same time.
