This Keto Strawberry Smoothie is made with only 3 ingredients and brings only 6 grams of net carbs for a breakfast drink packed with healthy fats, protein, and fiber from ingredients like almond milk, heavy cream, and strawberries.

If you have tried many of my low-carb smoothies, such as my Keto Peanut Butter Smoothie, Keto Chocolate Smoothie, or Keto Blueberry Smoothie, you’ll love this one too! Strawberry is not the lowest-carb berry compared to raspberries, but it’s still fine if eaten in moderation!

It is much easier than ice cream to make, gluten-free, and with a dairy-free option! And if you want some great keto strawberry baking recipes to pair with this smoothie, add one of my keto strawberry muffins or strawberry pop tarts on the side!

All you need to make a creamy, frothy smoothie with strawberries are:

Ingredients for Keto Smoothie in small bowls and ramekins with labels.
  • Frozen Strawberries – Frozen fruits create frothy creamy smoothies without the need for bananas that are not keto-friendly!
  • Almond Milk – or unsweetened coconut milk for a strawberry coconut keto smoothie.
  • Heavy Cream – or coconut cream for a dairy-free option. You can also make this keto smoothie with yogurt using plain yogurt, like Greek yogurt. Finally, the last option is to make a keto smoothie with cream cheese. This option gives the drink a similar taste and texture to a Starbucks strawberry and cream Frappuccino!
  • Erythritol – or xylitol for sweetness. You can replace this with stevia drops.
  • Vanilla Extract – This is optional.
  • Ice Cubes – This is optional if you use frozen strawberries.

There are so many ways you can boost the flavors of this keto strawberry smoothie recipe by adding or changing some of the original recipe ingredients. For example, you can improve the creaminess of this keto smoothie with strawberries by adding:

  • Ripe avocado – add 1/4 ripe avocado flesh for a super-thick shake. It will darken the color of your smoothie but tastes amazing.
  • Cream cheese – dreaming about a strawberry cheesecake smoothie? Add 2 tablespoons of soft cream cheese to your blender, or swap the heavy cream with the same amount of cream cheese.
  • Chia seeds – for a boost of protein and fiber, add 1 teaspoon to keep the net carbs in control.
  • Protein powder – add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite keto protein powder.

Amazing! Made it for my husband. Used all the usual ingredients except the almond milk. I used keto milk. And only put half a teaspoon of vanilla. Used 1 teaspoon of monkfruit sweetener. Finally added his chocolate protein powder. HE WAS IN SHOCK. It tastes so good!!! Definitely saving this recipe!

Best keto smoothie imaginable! I adored it! Used Besti allulose blend powdered sugar,1 & 1/2 TBS of cream cheese, 2/3 tsp vanilla since keto powder vanilla & used 5oz of strawberries because I love them. This is delightful. I added the suggested avocado and vanilla protein powder. I like to mix my sweeteners. I used small amounts of each.Powdered stevia, liquid vanilla stevia drops and granular allulose. That mix is easier on my digestive system. Really delicious!
