This Cottage Cheese Smoothie is a deliciously thick and creamy high-protein strawberry smoothie made from cottage cheese. With 14 grams of protein, this is the perfect post-workout snack.
I love making healthy high-protein smoothies, like my Greek Yogurt Smoothie, Cauliflower Smoothie, or Green Smoothie with Collagen Protein Powder. They’re a great way to refresh and recharge in protein in just 5 minutes.
This cottage cheese smoothie is a creamy, nourishing smoothie made from frozen berries and thickened with cottage cheese. As a result, it’s a high-protein smoothie with a similar texture to a Greek yogurt smoothie but with a light sour flavor from the cottage cheese.

This is an excellent smoothie! I did not have any frozen strawberries so I used a combo of frozen peaches and blueberries. I am looking forward to making this again with strawberries. Thank you for this recipe!
I am very allergic to strawberries. Will frozen cherries be to acidic? Will blueberrie, peaches work? Have you tried this with other fruits?
